ABOUT THE EFFECT OF THE REFRIGERATED COMPRESSED AIR DRYERS AND PIPE AIR FILTER.

When it works, you can see the working lights on, the most important is the air dryer will let the water go out every few minutes(the time you can adjust yourself accordingly) through the blue pipe (this pipe should connected with another pipe to let the water go away according to your side)in below picture.

How to check it works or not?

You may connect this pipe to a bottle, and let the screw air compressor system keep on work, may be half an hour later, you can check how much water you got in your bottle.

About the Pipe Air Filter:

If your production line got very serious requirement about the compressed air, we suggest you use four pipe air filter,Q/P/S/C, after this four filters, the dew point can be +2℃. This means very clean compressed air. The system as in below picture:

On the bottom of the pipe air filter also have a drain valve, you need to open it to let the water come out every few days, according to the humidity of the air in your side. And beside is the element of the pipe air filter, it also need to change every 2500 hours--3000 hours, it is the same the date you need to do maintain service for the screw air compressor. This element we can provide some extra ones that enough for your two year use or longer according to your requirement.

About the quality of our air dryer:

Our refrigerated compressed air dryers are with very good quality, works very stable, like the air conditioner in your house, what you need to do is fill in some coolants when it needed(4-5 years no need) and may be need wash the drain after a very long time work, because it may be blocked. These are extremes and rarely apply.

How to wash the drain?

When you open the shell of the air dryer you will see the drain as in below picture:

Just take it off, and take the strainer out

Just clean the strainer then install it back.
